Verint University provides hands-on training for your Impact 360 end users, administrators, support staff, and IT professionals.  Available online in the Verint Learning Center, our training catalog features regularly scheduled classes at Verint campus locations, virtual instructor-led public courses, and self-paced learning.  We also offer custom-designed courses delivered at one of our locations or on site at your facility to meet your organization’s unique needs.

We offer technical, administrator, and end user Education programs at Verint University campus locations in Alpharetta, GA; Lyndhurst, NJ; and Weybridge, UK.  The state-of-the-art classroom and laboratory facilities let students explore Impact 360 in a simulated technical environment, away from day-to-day interruptions.  To facilitate learning, we provide each participant with his or her own server, client, and/or agent workstation.  Click here for details on Verint University campus locations.

Verint offers online learning that provides students with self-paced, 24x7 access to a wide variety of content on the Impact 360 product suite.  Students can access this web-based training from any device with internet access at any time of the day.  This allows you and your team to work through the materials when it is convenient and to go at your own pace.   Self-paced training is a practical, convenient way to teach new hires how to use Impact 360 and to help contact center agents, administrators, and supervisors keep their skills up to date.   Visit our course catalogs to view self-paced class options.
