Customer Advisory Council

Our Customer Advisory Council members serve as liaisons with fellow users for feedback on ideas for solution features and functionality.

The Verint Enterprise Intelligence Customer Advisory Council consists of representative customers from a variety of vertical markets that leverage our solutions each day as an integral part of their businesses.

In addition to their role in hosting Driving Innovation, the Verint annual global user conference, the Customer Advisory Council members serve as advocates and liaisons with fellow users for feedback and insight on ideas for future features, functionality, and new solutions and services. The council also works in tandem with Verint by taking part in joint development solution and usability sessions.
