Event Overview and Schedule

Driving Innovation 2013 will consist of nine interactive tracks. Many presenters are users of solutions from Verint, GMT, and Vovici, a Verint Company. They’ll share their expertise and real-world experiences to help you gain new perspectives, solve problems, learn tips and techniques, and more. Regardless of the sessions you attend, Driving Innovation offers a unique opportunity to interact with other users, as well as with members of the Verint team. Here is a just a sampling of topics that will be covered during the breakout sessions:

These case study sessions highlight Verint solution deployments in a variety of organizations and industries.

Track 7: Industry Trends

These sessions present information on industry trends and strategies impacting organizations around the world.

Track 8: Operational Excellence

These sessions explore how customer interactions and feedback are being used to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Track 9: Technology

These sessions take a closer look into our software, examining key features and functions from a technical perspective.
