GENERAL CONFERENCE QUESTIONS

What is Driving Innovation?

Driving Innovation is the Verint Systems global user conference. It’s a practical, informative event, and many of the presenters are actual users who share their expertise and real-world experiences to help attendees gain new perspectives, solve problems, swap tips and techniques, and more.

Where is the conference held?

This year’s conference will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland.

What are the conference dates?

Driving Innovation kicks off at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2013 and concludes on Thursday, June 6, at noon.

What are the registration deadlines and fees?

Early registration for $595 USD ends on January 31, 2012. Standard registration rates of $795 apply from February 1 – May 3, followed by late registration rates from May 4 – May 17. Onsite registration is available from June 3 - 6 at a cost of $1,195, which includes registration and late fees.

What is included in the conference fee?

Registration includes all conference events, materials, and conference meals (including the customer appreciation dinner). Travel costs are in addition to the conference registration fee.

Do you offer any special discounts?

Register two people from the same company before January 31, and a third person attends free! Email us at diconference@verint.com for your special discount code.

How do I register?

Please register for Driving Innovation using the registration form on our Web site.

What is the payment policy?

Driving Innovation accepts several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, Discover, and American Express. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received in writing by diconference@verint.com before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 3, 2012, will receive a full refund for fees paid.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?

If you registered but are unable to attend Driving Innovation and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send notification of your change via email to diconference@verint.com no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 24, 2013. Please be sure to include the new attendee's name and contact information. You will receive an email confirmation once the change has been received and processed.

Can I bring a guest?

The Driving Innovation conference is for Verint customers and partners only. Guests are not permitted to attend sessions or evening events, with the exception of the customer appreciation dinner on Wednesday. There is a $100 guest fee to cover the cost of food, beverage, and entertainment at this dinner. You can purchase a guest dinner pass when you register.

What is the attire for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual. We recommend you bring a sweater, as meeting room temperatures vary.

 

HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION

Does Verint have a room block at the hotel, and how do I reserve a room?

A special room rate of $169 per night is available through May 17, 2013. Click here for online reservations or call reservations at 1-800-266-9432 (U.S. only) or 1-410- 385-3000 (outside the U.S.) and ask for the Verint room block.

Which airport should I fly into?

The Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is recommended and is located 12 miles away from the hotel. Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) is 52 miles away; and the Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA) is 61 miles away.

What are the driving directions from the airport to the hotel?

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?

The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Below are estimated airport/hotel taxi fares (one-way):

BWI - $45

What types of sessions can I expect?

Sessions will address a broad range of topics, including case studies, industry best practices, overviews of Verint solutions (including those from GMT and Vovici, a Verint Company), tips and techniques, and more.

Do you offer training classes at the conference?

Yes, we offer pre-conference training sessions to help attendees make the most of their conference trip. These sessions are designed for system users and administrators and are available for an additional fee. You must register in advance to attend these training sessions, and space is limited. What are the scheduled events during the conference?

Are you looking for conference speakers?
