Nextiva Investigation Management
Verint video management software for collecting case-related video, audio, and data in a searchable database
Nextiva has built-in investigation management software for collecting case-related audio, video, and data from Nextiva and external security systems in a searchable database for faster, easier, and more productive investigations.
The Nextiva Investigation Management interface includes step-by-step assistance for new investigations. This wizard helps authorized personnel with basic computer skills create powerful multimedia folders — searchable databases of case-related video and other data.
Once created, investigations can be edited, augmented with additional video and reports, and searched for commonalities and easy reference. Investigation files may be saved indefinitely, flagged for confidentiality, and audit trailed by authorized personnel.
Sharing Case-Related Information with Outside Agencies
Nextiva Investigation Management acts to accumulate video clips, still frames, reports, and most any other data into an electronic “folder” related to an incident. The case-related information that has been collected can be exported to CD in non-proprietary formats, including .avi, .jpg, and HTML, so case files are easily accessible from standard PC workstations.
Using Verint MD5 video watermark authentication to help ensure video integrity, Nextiva can help organizations share key information with law enforcement and other agencies for further investigation and corroboration. Video clips can be viewed without any proprietary Verint software. Most importantly, the video clips included in an exported Investigation Management folder can be analyzed as authentic and un-manipulated at a later date.
