Rajeev Venkat
Rajeev has been with Verint since 2003 and have had various roles. Currently, he's responsible for licensing and pricing of our Customer Engagement portfolio of products. His goal is to make it as easy as possible for customers to understand, and flexibly purchase Verint products, irrespective of whether it is deployed on premises or in the Verint cloud. HIs association with contact centers began in the mid-1990s when the company Rajeev then worked for became one of the first to outsource customer service and fulfillment work to what is today one of the world’s largest outsourced service providers. Monitoring and improving contact center performance has since been central to my work. Today, he continues to strive to enhance the overall customer experience and enjoy engaging with customers.
