At Verint, we support solution-focused user groups to encourage networking with others who are also advancing their solutions. We provide ongoing forums to connect, learn, share, and shape conversations for the benefit of specific user communities. Our user groups consist of Verint customers, partners, and other subject matter experts to create an eco-system where all can benefit.

Verint User Groups’ mission is to provide an open environment where users:

  • Connect: Gain insights from other customers who have similar interests, challenges, solutions, and goals
  • Learn: Discover how others are optimizing their solutions and how Verint is enhancing solutions
  • Advance: Leverage new learnings to increase the value realized through solutions and further enhance your customer experience
  • Grow: Discuss business insights and best practices that can be applied to their companies

Interaction Analytics

The Interaction Analytics User Group focuses on Verint Speech and Text Analytics. This monthly meeting is hosted by Verint customers. Led by Stephanie Claycomb, Senior Consultant at Allstate Insurance, this user group exists to help users from all verticals meet and talk with other Speech and Text Analytics customers. Learn from others, ask the experts, and share your story.

Our monthly meetings consist of new member introductions, and a member sharing how they are using speech and/or text analytics. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and have discussions during the meeting. Members of the Verint Go-to-Market team join the sessions and will also share the latest innovations and roadmaps.

Knowledge Management

In 2023, we will kick-off the Knowledge Management (KM) User Group. 

The format will vary but will includes customer-led sessions where Verint KM customers share their achievements from working with Verint KM as well as panel sessions with customers and Verint experts. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and have discussions during the meetings. All levels of experience and seniority are welcome at the KM User Group. 

The Verint Knowledge Management User Group will meet quarterly. Invitations will be sent by the hosts prior to the meeting. Verint KM customers from across the globe are invited to join.

Quality Management & Automated Quality Management

The Verint Quality Management (QM) /Automated Quality Management (AQM) User Group is hosted by customers and Verint monthly. This group exists to help users better use the capabilities of Quality Management and Automated Quality Management. 

Meetings consist of new member introductions, and a member sharing how they are using QM and AQM solutions. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and have discussions during the meeting.

Workforce Management

The Workforce Management (WFM) User Group is hosted by Verint and is held quarterly. The mission is to connect customers with their industry peers and get the most value from WFM capabilities.

The hourlong discussion begins with new member introductions and a round of “5 ideas in 5 minutes.” The agenda will include lessons and best practices, strategic discussions, and a preview of upcoming discussions. This engaging approach enables users to quickly implement innovation in their centers for advancement and growth.

Community

The Verint Community User Group is hosted by customers and Verint monthly. This group exists to help customers get the most of Verint Community capabilities.

The Verint Community User Group meets monthly. Invitations are sent by the hosts prior to the meeting. Our agenda consists of new member introductions, and feature one specific member sharing how they are using Verint Community with the group. Attendees are welcome to ask questions and join discussions during the meeting.
