Industry Analysts Review Verint Analyst Days May 22-23, 2024
We’ve collected some posts from guests who attended Verint Analyst Days so you can learn what some leading analysts shared following the event. Verint’s executive team presented CX Automation market momentum updates to analysts. Our thanks for these event summaries.
Amy Stapleton, Opus Research
Verint is positioning itself as the vendor most capable of delivering broad AI business outcomes as quickly as possible. Key to delivering on this promise is their radical embrace of an open, modular, and flexible architecture. Their approach appears to be successful, as Verint has recently secured substantial new deployments involving their GenAI offerings and has expanded their presence in existing engagements.
Blair Pleasant, BC Strategies
Verint is clearly gaining momentum and its new messaging is resonating. What was particularly impactful at the event was hearing about Verint’s momentum and the number of customer wins based on this outcome-based approach.
Tom Brannen, OnConvergence
Verint focuses on selling the business outcomes and they’re actually delivering on that; focused on driving value and time to value. Verint is changing the paradigm of the whole CCaaS, AI, CX cycle… it’s a huge lift for some organizations to get to the cloud, and Verint says you don’t need a multi-year process to realize the value of AI. Verint can deliver AI value today on top of an organization’s existing systems. Verint is putting their money where their mouth is.
