The new MyVerint App modernizes the mobile-first agent experience with a new interface and capabilities powered by data, AI and the breadth of Verint Cloud Platform. Agents can access their schedules and performance data anytime, anywhere from their mobile phone.
The new intuitive, natural language interface leverages Verint Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) technology that enables employees to chat with the app in a question-and-answer format. Agents can drill down and refine their inquiry to quickly and easily get to the correct answer or response. From the home page agents can take several common actions agents. Common inquiries and actions include:
- When am I working today?
- Where am I working?
- Can I schedule time off?
- Can I change shifts?
- How do I swap Shifts?
