Grant Highlander
Chief Financial OfficerGrant Highlander serves as our Chief Financial Officer and has been a key member of the Finance team since joining Verint in October 2015. With more than twenty years of financial leadership experience in the technology and software industries, Grant oversees the company’s financial operations.
Peter Fante
Chief Administrative OfficerPeter Fante serves as our Chief Administrative Officer. Peter joined Verint in September 2002 and has previously served as our Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In September 2016 he was appointed Chief Administrative Officer. Peter has global responsibility for Human Resources, IT, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
Ady Meretz
President Asia PacificAdy Meretz serves as our President of Asia Pacific. Ady joined Verint in 2001 and under his leadership the Asia Pacific region has experienced significant growth and excellence in employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
Jaime Meritt
Chief Product OfficerJaime Meritt serves as our Chief Product Officer. Jaime joined Verint in 2015 and is a key player in defining the company’s product and technology strategy, and a driving force for cloud and AI initiatives.
Nick Nonini
Managing Director EMEANick Nonini serves as our Managing Director for EMEA, a role he has held since 2015. Nick joined Verint in 2012 having held a number of senior positions within the technology sector, bringing with him significant expertise in delivering growth and change in EMEA.
Alan Roden
Chief Corporate Development OfficerAlan Roden serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer. Alan joined Verint in October 2002 and is responsible for leading our corporate development and investor relations activities.
Rob Scudiere
Chief Technology OfficerRob Scudiere serves as our Chief Technology Officer. Rob joined Verint in March 2022 to lead the engineering and cloud ops teams globally. He brings extensive executive experience with SaaS and high-growth public and private companies to this role.
Steve Seger
Chief Revenue Officer AmericasSteve Seger serves as our Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas. Steve joined Verint in April 2023 to lead the Americas sales, services and customer success management teams. He brings a deep technical foundation and strong track record in cloud sales, customer service and operational leadership to his role.

Dan Bodner
Chairman of the Board of DirectorsDan Bodner has served as chairman of the board of Verint since August 2017. Dan has held the role of chief executive officer and has served as a director of the company since its founding in 1994. Under his vision and leadership, Verint experienced rapid growth, completed a successful IPO in 2002, followed by continued growth and achieving significant scale and global presence with over $1 billion of revenue in 2015. He recently oversaw the successful completion of the spin-off of Cognyte Software Ltd. (Nasdaq: CGNT) into an independent public pure-play security analytics company and the transformation of Verint into a pure-play Customer Engagement Company.
Linda Crawford
DirectorLinda Crawford has served as a director since June 2021. Linda most recently served as the chief executive officer of Helpshift, a provider of AI driven customer support solutions for B2C companies. She also served as the chief customer officer of Optimizely, a SaaS-based customer experience company. Prior to Optimizely, Linda spent nearly a decade at Salesforce in several executive positions, including executive vice president and chief executive officer of the Sales Cloud Products division. Prior to Salesforce, she held executive positions at Siebel Systems, the company credited for creating the CRM industry. Linda currently serves as a director of PAR Technology Corp. (NYSE: PAR). She previously served on the boards of Demandware, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2016.
Reid French
DirectorReid French has served as a director since June 2021. Reid was chief executive officer of Applied Systems, the leading cloud software provider to the insurance distribution industry. He served as chief operating officer at Intergraph Corporation, a global geospatial and computer-aided design software company. He has previously served on the boards of Applied Systems and Paradigm Software. Reid is currently a director of Autodesk (Nasdaq: ADSK), and NetDocuments, a cloud-based productivity and content services provider to the legal industry.
Stephen Gold
DirectorStephen Gold has served as a director since August 2018. Stephen served as chief technology officer and digital operations officer for Hudson’s Bay Company. Prior to joining Hudson’s Bay Company, Stephen was with CVS Health Corporation where he served as chief information officer. In addition to his extensive management experience, Mr. Gold served as a director and member of the governance and the technology and operations committees of World Kinect Corp.
William Kurtz
Lead Independent DirectorBill Kurtz has served as a director since September 2016 and as lead independent director since July 2024. Bill served as interim executive officer of Ripcord, Inc. where he previously served as chief commercial and financial officer. Prior to that, Bill held senior executive and strategic advisor roles with Bloom Energy Corporation, including executive vice president and chief commercial officer, chief financial officer and CCO. He has also held CFO or senior finance roles at Novellus Systems (now Lam Research), Engenio Information Technologies, 3PARdata (now part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise), Scient Corporation, and AT&T Corporation. Bill currently serves as a director of Aterian Inc. (formerly Mohawk Group)(Nasdaq: ATER), where he serves as chairman of the board and as a member of the audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees. He also currently sits on the board of SportradarGroup AG (Nasdaq: SRAD), where he serves as chair of the audit committee, and on the boards of Ripcord and Lightforce, both private companies, where he chairs the audit committee. He is a past member of the board of directors of Violin Memory, Inc., PMC-Sierra and Redback Networks.
Andrew Miller
DirectorAndrew Miller has served as a director since December 2019. Andrew most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of PTC, a global subscription software and cloud leader in the CAD Product Lifecycle Management and Industrial Internet of Things Software markets. He served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Cepheid, Inc., a high growth public medical technology company. Andrew has also held senior executive positions at Autodesk, MarketFirst Software, and Cadence Design Systems. He is a past member of the board of United Online, where he chaired the audit committee and served on the compensation committee. Andrew currently sits on the boards of Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT) and iRobot Corporation (Nasdaq: IRBT), a leading global consumer robot company, where he serves as chairman of the board and on the audit committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee.”
Richard Nottenburg
DirectorRichard Nottenburg has served as a director since February 2013 and previously in 2011 from July to November. Richard is currently executive chairman of NxBeam, a developer of advanced radio frequency semiconductor products. He previously served as president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors of Sonus Networks, Inc., and has held senior executive roles with Motorola, Inc. including executive vice president, chief strategy officer and chief technology officer. Richard is currently a member of the board of directors of Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS),where he serves as a member of the compensation committee and the audit committee. He is also currently a member of the board of directors and chairman of the compensation committee of Cognyte Software Ltd. (Nasdaq: CGNT), and a member of the board of directors, chairman of the compensation committee and a member of the audit committee of Applied Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: APLD). He previously served as a director of PMC-Sierra Inc., Aeroflex Holding Corp., Anaren, Inc., Comverse Technology, Inc., and Violin Memory, Inc.
Kristen O. Robinson
DirectorKristen Robinson has served as a director since February 2022. Most recently, Kristen was the chief people officer of Splunk Inc., a data analytics software company. She previously served as the chief human resources officer of Pandora Media, a subscription-based music streaming service. Prior to Pandora, Kristen held executive positions at Yahoo, Verigy and Agilent Technologies. She is currently on the board of directors at Planet Labs (NYSE: PL), where she serves as chairman of the compensation committee.
Yvette H. Smith
DirectorYvette Smith has served as a director since April 2023. Yvette currently serves as chief information officer and senior vice president of business and digital transformation at F5, Inc. (Nasdaq: FFIV), a multi-cloud application services and security company. She previously served as corporate vice president, enterprise support and customer success programs at Microsoft Corporation. Prior to Microsoft, Yvette served in management positions at Xerox Corporation and IBM Corporation.
Jason Wright

Jason is a Partner in the Tech & Teleco Group at Apax Partners LLC, where he focuses primarily on investments in enterprise software and technology-enabled services. He is currently chairman of the board of Paycor HCM, Inc. (Nasdaq: PYCR). He also currently serves on the boards of Eci Software Solutions, EcoOnline, COSM, TIVIT, and IBS Software. Prior to joining Apax in 2000, Jason served in a variety of roles at GE Capital, a subsidiary of General Electric Corporation, and was a consultant at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture plc.
