FAQs

  • Can I bring a partner/spouse/family members?

    You are more than welcome to bring your spouse or partner for the hotel stay for a small additional supplement of 30 EUR per person, per night. Unfortunately, they will not be able to attend the conference or the dinners – thank you for your understanding. Please ensure you book any additional guests in advance via La Zambra. Partners can liaise directly with the hotel to confirm and arrange payment at reservations@lazambrahotel.com (noting that you are attending the Verint Partner Summit 2025).

  • What is the nearest airport and transfer time?

    It’s approx. 30 minutes to transfer from Málaga Airport to our venue.

  • What are the transfer options from Málaga Airport?

    On arrival, you have the option of a small group shuttle transfer on Wednesday 14th May. We will also offer an optional coach transfer back to Málaga Airport on Friday 16th for those not extending their stay. You will be able to request transfer support when you register for your ticket. We kindly request that if you are travelling with additional/personal guests, that you arrange and cover the cost of your own transfers – thank you in advance for your understanding.

  • Are there any golfing facilities?

    With 12 outstanding golf courses within a 15-minute drive of the hotel and an average of 300 days of sunshine a year, La Zambra hotel is recognized as the perfect destination for golfers who enjoy world-class courses under the dazzling Costa del Sol sun.

  • What other facilities are available?

    The hotel boasts two large pools, one family-friendly and one adult-only infinity style pool. La Zambra’s Mood Spa is one of the largest spas in the region and the resort also has its own on-site yoga studio. Please pre-book any spa requirements yourself in advance via the hotel.

  • What if I would like to arrive early or extend my stay – or if my family wants to join me?

    Verint’s negotiated an excellent rate for partners wishing to arrive earlier or stay beyond the Verint conference ticket dates of the 14th and 15th May. This rate also applies should your family wish to join you and you require an extra room either side of the summit dates. Rates range from 345 Euros (single) and 375 Euros (double). Please liaise directly with the hotel to discuss your requirements, confirm final charges, book, and pay via reservations@lazambrahotel.com (noting that you are attending the Verint Partner Summit 2025).

  • What is the Verint Partner Summit 2025 Cancellation Policy

    Unfortunately, no ticket refunds can be made. We are, however, more than happy for you to transfer the ticket to another team member within your organisation. Please note that double rooms can cater for an additional baby cot. Junior suites have a sofa bed that can be pulled out. Please note that there are also some interconnecting rooms, available on a first come, first served basis. Please speak with the hotel directly to arrange your requirements.
