Developer Portal
The Developer Portal is a convenient, one-stop-shop for all the APIs for your Verint solutions. It provides documentation, downloadable API References for your development projects, information on tutorials, sample code and software development kits. “Try it out” for some APIs and sandboxes are available to trial APIs. You can also subscribe to content related to the APIs and engage in developer discussions with dedicated experts.
Support
As you log in a support case, Connect automatically presents related knowledge assets that may answer your questions, eliminating the need to open a case. It also houses how-to videos answering some of the most commonly asked questions. Alerts and notifications on the products you own can also be found here. This is also the place customers submit support tickets and can view all open cases in one location.
