The Verint Customer Experience Index examines customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores® for 15 top banks based on consolidated assets according to the Federal Reserve. In addition to the rankings, our study examines changing customer needs over the last year and those impacts on channel use, customer journeys, and customer values.
