Can I bring a partner/spouse/family members?
You are more than welcome to bring your spouse or partner for a small additional supplement of 20,00 EUR per night + city tax, which enables them to enjoy the room, facilities, and breakfast. Unfortunately, they will not be able to attend the conference or the dinners – thank you for your understanding. Simply liaise directly with the hotel to confirm and arrange payment directly.What is the transfer time?
It’s approx. 30 minutes to transfer from Dubrovnik Airport to our venue.How close is the hotel to Dubrovnik old town?
It’s only 3 miles away.What are the transfer options?
On arrival, you have the option of a small group shuttle transfer on Monday 6th or Tuesday 7th. This helps support those who prefer to arrive slightly earlier due to flight schedules and/or a longer flight. We will also offer an optional coach transfer back to Dubrovnik Airport on Thursday 9th for those not extending their stay.Are extra leisure facilities available?
The Dubrovnik Palace has direct access to a quiet and peaceful beach, two outdoor pools plus a third indoor pool. Additionally, a PADI diving centre, tennis court, and a leafy jogging path and walking routes through the picturesque woods that rise up Petka hill behind the hotel. The hotel is also renowned for its spa.As it’s a public holiday in some countries on 9th May, I may need to return early, is this OK?
Absolutely, and we totally understand if you want to depart on Weds afternoon/evening. You’re welcome to join us for 2 nights (arriving a day early on Monday) and enjoy a bespoke partner brunch briefing on Tuesday morning. Alternatively, we can organise a discounted one-night rate. Please speak to your partner manager.What if I would like to arrive early or extend my stay – or if my family wants to join me?
Verint’s negotiated an excellent partner rate, which is available for 3 nights pre and post event. The below are based on single occupancy. Please see supplement costs above. Double/twin use room, superior - €220.00 Junior suite - €450,00 Please note that double rooms can cater for an additional baby cot. Junior suites have a sofa bed that can be pulled out. Please note that there are also some interconnecting rooms, available on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, no ticket refunds can be made. We are however more than happy for you to transfer the ticket to another team member within your organisation.How many tickets can be purchased per partner?
