The 2024 Verint Inspire Awards ceremony is shaping up to be the event of the year – again! This year, we’re delighted to be celebrating our trailblazing winners with a very special theme – follow us for the reveal of our fabulous venue.

Now it’s over to you: after our incredible winner line-up last year from all corners of EMEA, it’s time to take success to new heights again.

The Verint Inspire Awards 2024 celebrate our customers’ phenomenal achievements in the EMEA arena of EX and CX. The competition is fierce, and the rewards are great – including an invitation to join our prestigious gala dinner on the 21st of November 2024 in London.

With 8 categories and up to 24 winners, it’s a superb opportunity to bring your story to life. Reward yourself and your teams, and bring recognition and visibility of your organisational successes along with other inspiring innovators in EMEA.

    Schedule a 20 minute awards interview (English, French, German or Spanish) – email sabine.becker@verint.com.

  • 2.

    We will draft your entry from the interview and send it back to you for review.

  • 3.

    Enter the awards by submitting your finalised entry to emea.events@verint.com.

Key dates

  • 1st of October 2024

    The Deadline to enter is the 1st of October 2024 (Interviews close on the 14th of September 2024)

  • 16th of October 2024

    The shortlist will be announced by the 16th of October 2024.

  • 21st of November 2024

    The Awards Dinner in London will take place on the 21st of November 2024.

Tickets

Every shortlisted entry receives 2 free tickets to the prestigious awards dinner, with an option for customers to purchase additional tickets.

Additional tickets are subject to availability (for customer entries only) and can be purchased at £300+VAT per ticket – please email sabine.becker@verint.com to enquire about additional ticket capacity.

Partners will also receive 1 ticket for their customer’s entry. Partners with multiple customers entering will receive 1 ticket for each customer company that enters.

Additional information

Candidates who have ticked the option not to be mentioned or have not filled in the social media option on their form will be listed as Confidential Candidate. If you wish to change your status please email events.emea@verint.com.

    For companies showcasing the best of an augmented workforce where bots or automation and humans work seamlessly to deliver excellent CX and customer journeys, whilst enhancing the agent experience.

    This can also include creative operational setups to overcome peaks in work, working with BPOs for example.
